this company started out well. provided good information and good service. as time went on it was clear that they were not checking all termite stations. broken lids were not replaced until 3 months after I called regarding them. continued attempts to talk to the owner were disregarded. Excuses were made. More complaints got no response. bait stations were not maintained -- couldn't even pull bait out to check them. ETC ETC Would rate 0 if this was an option
