Very unethical and poor business practices. He was quick to take my year retainer but I’m the 8 months since I paid that, we received 2 services. He does not return call, e-mail or text. I have been patient but my patience has worn thin. I request a refund of my retainer fee but even now he doesn’t respond. Sad! I like dealing locally but this behavior is what makes that difficult.
