Unprofessional. Do not recommend for bat removal. Asks unprofessional inappropreiate personal questions and tells stories of horrific and unappropreiate behavior he sees on the news each time he is at the property or calls, no active listening, no logic as disregards some clear evidence of bats on inital job quote then disregards returned bat evidence after initial job is done.
Combative, unorganized and wastes time. Finds ways to come back to the property with barely doing the job.
