I terminated my services and they still sent me to collection for a service I didn’t receive. I called many times for a supervisor. I was promised a call back yet no one ever called me back. The day they claimed to have serviced my home it was vacant and locked down. It was impossible for them to access my home.

This company has the worst customer service. They hide behind covid when I I ask to escalate my issue to a supervisor this am and have not received a call 6 hrs later. I asked to have there corporate Head quarters number I was told they did not have it because they were working from home.
